We did not eat at the buffet this trip, but my husband got breakfast at the Sage Deli one morning. I just think they should take some money and put it into updating that part of the hotel. Even just flushing the toilet, it was so loud. I'm sure they could hear our stuff as well, especially when we did use the jacuzzi tub. Our biggest complaint would be that if either of our neighboring rooms got in the shower, tub, or flushed the toilet, it was really loud and annoying. Considering these types of rooms cost the most, you would think they would put a few at least in the newer part of the hotel. I was surprised to hear they don't have any jacuzzi rooms in the newer tower. There wasn't anything necessarily wrong with the room, just was a bit underwhelming. We chose to stay here because it's close to Duluth (20ish minutes) but allowed us to have some entertainment in the evening. We stayed in one of the jacuzzi rooms for a weekend getaway.
